Project Overview

At WebMobTech, we have developed a golf app specifically designed to promote female golf for our USA based client. This app solution is all about golf event participation & management for The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). The user can register as parent / child / volunteer or also purchase / Rsvp for the event. It allows one to directly chat with site directors & chat with event members and set reminders for the upcoming event.

Challenges

Manual Loan Matching Process
Loan officers work with many lenders but can't quickly find the right loan for their client.
They have to send the client's information to different account executives.
Each one then has to look through the guidelines by hand, which takes a lot of time and can lead to mistakes and losing the leads.
Paper-Based Onboarding
Getting started is often a messy process with paper contracts and little training.
There was no streamlined digital process for signing contracts or completing onboarding steps.
New loan officers lacked structured training to get up to speed quickly.
Fragmented Communication
Talking with Contract processors happens on email or by phone.
There is no single place to find good vendors.

1. Login

The user login process is quite simple. Anyone can log in as a user (child, parent, volunteer) It is a one-step authentication process.

2. Dashboard

This is the action menu page of the application. It is easy to navigate a user from the dashboard to any other page he wants to visit. Sites, upcoming events, messages, news, etc.

3. Select Sites

A list of sites surrounding a user's vicinity is made available through this feature. The users will get the listing of nearby golf sites from their current location and can also add the site to their personal site list. A user can find the location by entering their respective zip codes. It is a seamlessly easy process of finding an appropriate site.

4. My Events

This feature is all about events. A user can check out all about an upcoming event as well as share the details of it with friends & family. Our team has done a great job in integrating the social media platforms with this page.

5. Event Details

Users can find the event's location, time, date, and all the other details regarding it. They can also participate in the event from here and can add the event to the inbuilt app calendar. The user will get a reminder before a day for the event.

6. Payment Options

The app has a seamless payment gateway integration in the form of PayPal. The users can also use debit card, credit card, visa card as a mode of payment.

7. News

This feature has all the latest news related to golf. The news is uploaded through the Admin Panel. Users can like, share and leave a comment on the news with their thoughts.

8. Chat

This feature is like Whatsapp Messenger. It is a simple messaging screen where parents can talk directly with a site director or a parent can talk to a full group of users that all participated in the same event. Users can also send text, URLs, and images in the message.

9. Gallery

It is a photo gallery that consists of photos related to golf courses. It organizes the photos of different locations for a user to view before they rope into a golf event. This is a quick way to view images of the sites. One can easily compare and decide upon a location to play golf.
