Users can create a goal like 'Increase the Performance' and write the overview and the definition of success when this should goal count as completed and who will monitor the daily activity & performance.

Under the specific goal, users will be able to create multiple objectives as per the configuration and purchased plan for the system. User will enter the details and definition of success. To complete each objective, the admin can assign it to the respective person.

For each strategy under objective, admin creates the activity and action steps with a due date to measure the performance and assign tasks to the respective person to complete it within that timeline or else admin can see all the due tasks and activities in the report.

Users can see the graphical representation of Target vs Actuals for any goals and export it under the Annual Metrics while in the Progress Metrics module user can see the monthly actual progress for the goal and export the graph.

Admin can provide the ratings for the different goals and compare it with others. Which gives transparency in assigned objectives and tasks.

The detailed reporting is very important in this system when there are goals to be achieved with set objectives, and due date, reporting gives the admin clear picture of work metrics, actual target and in-depth knowledge about the progress.
