The client managed a diverse ecosystem of SuperAdmins, agents, and guides, but lacked a system to enforce strict data boundaries. This created risks of unauthorized access and operational confusion, as users struggled to navigate interfaces that were not tailored to their specific professional responsibilities.

We implemented a granular Role-Based Access Control system using the Spatie Laravel Permission package. This ensures that every user interface is dynamically restricted to relevant modules, securing sensitive data while simplifying the workflow for each specific role.
