Features like returns, exchanges, refunds (RMA), PayLater credit, and store wallet options help offer a smooth shopping experience. Wholesale buyers get custom prices and bulk buying tools, while admins manage everything through a clean, role-based dashboard. The platform connects with Amazon, Walmart, and eBay to manage inventory and orders in one place. A custom POS system syncs store sales with online stock in real time. Admins can also import and export products or prices in bulk using CSV files. With strong reporting tools, users can track sales, top products, and customer trends. The system is mobile-optimized, SEO-friendly, and supports multiple secure payment methods, including PayPal, credit cards, and Pay Later. Key challenges included handling over 15,000 products, syncing with marketplaces, and scaling during high-traffic sales. These were solved using phased data migration, smart APIs, and strong fraud checks for PayLater. 1. Bulk Purchase Feature
This feature helps wholesale customers place large orders quickly. Inside a product category, customers can enter quantities using input fields or navigate using the tab key. An "Add Bulk Items" button lets them add all selected products to the cart at once. Admins can set a maximum quantity per item, like 100 units, and also define cart limits. Products are shown in a grid view with quantity selectors, and filters make it easy to select specific items.

2. Product Offers
Admins can create discount campaigns using fixed-amount or percentage-based coupons. These offers can target specific products, categories, customer groups, or entire carts. Offers can run for a fixed time with defined start and end dates. Coupons can be automatically applied at checkout or require a code. Validation rules prevent stacking unless allowed. The admin panel provides tools to create, edit, and monitor offer performance.

3. Pay Later
Viva Wireless offers a PayLater feature that allows customers to purchase products on credit. Admins can assign credit limits based on purchase history or manual approval. This option can be enabled or disabled for specific users or customer groups. Customers can pay their dues in full or in part from their dashboard. The system tracks payment history and sends automated email reminders following a schedule set by the admin.

4. My Wallet
MyWallet allows customers to receive refund credits directly into their account. These credits are issued by the admin after a return and are added to the customer's wallet automatically. Customers can use wallet funds during checkout, with the total applied instantly to reduce their payment amount. The system also works with PayLater, helping offset dues. Wallet activity is clearly visible on the customer dashboard, including transaction logs.

5. Payment Modes
The platform supports a wide range of secure payment options. Customers can pay using PayPal, credit or debit cards, and creditkey. The PayLater option is available for approved users. Popular cards like Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Users can also save payment methods for quicker future checkouts. All transactions are processed through trusted gateways.

6. Multichannel Integration
Viva Wireless integrates with Amazon, Walmart, and eBay to centralize inventory, orders, and pricing. Products are exported to Amazon using UPC or ASIN codes with customer group-specific pricing. Orders are fetched every 15 minutes, and inventory is updated in real time to avoid overselling. A single admin panel manages all marketplace activity. If any sync issues occur, the system shows alerts and logs errors.

7. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
The RMA system makes it easy for customers to request returns. They can choose the reason through a simple frontend interface. The status of the return is tracked in real time. Admins review requests and accept or reject them based on internal policies. The system supports bulk processing, allowing admins to handle returns from multiple users or products at once. Approved returns automatically update the inventory.

8. Point of Sale (POS)

10. Manage Customers
Viva Wireless offers a customer management system that supports both retail and wholesale users. Customers are grouped into categories, such as Retail and Wholesale Tier 1, to give them tailored experiences. Wholesale pricing is hidden from view and only becomes visible after login. Role-based access allows different levels of control, assigned and managed by a super admin. The admin dashboard includes detailed audit logs for all activities.

11. Order Editing and Management
Admins can change orders at any time to meet customer needs. They can add or remove items, update quantities, change shipping or payment methods, and even reassign customer groups. Every change updates the inventory in real time and keeps records in sync. An audit log tracks each edit for transparency. Customers receive automatic email updates whenever a change is made.

12. Bulk Product and Pricing Import/Export
Admins can manage large product catalogs and pricing using structured CSV files. Bulk imports include SKUs, names, descriptions, images, and categories. Pricing updates can be done in bulk, even for customer group-specific pricing. Admins can use dedicated templates and schedule imports using cron jobs. Built-in validations help prevent errors.

13. Advanced Analytics and Reporting
